GROUP READING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Coaching Client Agreement

In consideration of the fees and coaching services exchanged, Brittany D Boyle and Alex Grant (“The Company”) and"The Client" agree to the following terms and conditions contained herein: 

1.  The Client shall pay Brittany D Boyle, Divinity Experiencing LLC (the “company”) 1 payment of $111.00 as a deposit due at time of agreement to this document in order to hold your space for the event. The remainder of your payment of $222.00 is due at the time of the event. This can be made in cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or Facebook Pay.
2.  Please note that the maximum number of attendees should not exceed 5.  If the group size of attendees is greater than 5, you will be bumped up to the next tier and owe a remaining payment of $444.00 USD at the time of the event.
3.  Travel fee - $0.56 per mile, if over 20 miles from our radius of zip code 40220. 
4. You must cancel or reschedule within 7 days of the event to receive your deposit refund.  If you cancel or reschedule after the 7 days, your deposit will not be refunded.
5.  The Company must receive payment in full to perform the service. Refunds are not available. 

Statement of Intent


1. By booking a reading you agree to the following terms and conditions: Brittany Boyle and Alex Grant will connect with the world of Spirit and will also gain insight using their psychic awareness. The readings that they provide are for guidance only. What you decide to do with the information that is given to you, including any actions you take, is down to your own personal responsibility and choice. All readings and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business facts and are subject to your own interpretation and judgment. For legal reasons, we have to advise you that the readings are for entertainment purposes only.
   

2. I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Brittany D Boyle, Divinity Experiencing LLC and all employees from every claim, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of actions, errors, omissions, or commissions taken by myself, Brittany D Boyle Divinity Experiencing LLC, or its representatives as a result of the services provided or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder. I will not hold The Company or its representatives responsible for any negligent actions or adverse results, whether known or unknown, that I may incur or suffer as a result of the reading session I receive. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents. 

Confidentiality Agreement

Conversations between The Company and The Client within readings are confidential and will be protected as such. Information will be shared outside of these sessions only with The Client’s written consent or if law requires disclosure. 

However, the following are instances where the coach may be obligated to supersede the confidentiality agreement without the Client’s permission: 

1. If it is assessed during your reading that abuse, neglect, or endangerment of others is occurring. 
2. If The Company perceives that The Client intends to, or threatens to, harm another individual and The Company is convinced that The Client will act on this threat or that The Client may lose control of his or her own actions.
3. If at any time The Company determines that The Client is in danger to themselves or others, The Company may inform The Client of that opinion and make every effort to keep The Client from endangering their life or the lives of others. In some cases, this may include notifying appropriate authorities, professionals, family members, or friends as deemed appropriate. 
4. As a client, I’m personally responsible for the actions I take. As such, I do not hold Brittany D Boyle Divinity Experiencing LLC (“Company”) liable for consequences of my actions, or lack thereof. I understand that Brittany D Boyle Divinity Experiencing LLC (“Company”) is not an employment agent, business manager, financial consultant, or psychotherapist, and readings are for entertainment purposes only.
