How to prepare for your session
All options are recommended:
-Create a space that is quiet and away from any possible disturbances or interruptions
-Connect with your own energy (close your eyes and take a few deep breaths)
-Say a prayer
-Relax (the more your energy is open and able to receive, the easier it will be for message to flow through)
-Create some time and space after session to integrate healing and Spirit’s medicine
